Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 2942) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 226(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act extending the termination of the state training and                                                                
     employment program; requiring a review of the program; and                                                                 
     providing for an effective date."

amendment to CSHB 226(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 226(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.
